1. SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Domestic orders

OmgTheGift offers standard and expedited USPS shipping options. See the table below for approximate shipping times. All shipping estimates are calculated in business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

International Orders

OmgTheGift delivers to almost anywhere around the world! Due to some COVID-19 restrictions, there may be issues shipping to some areas. If this is the case, we will definitely get in touch with you in time

Frequently, international orders experience a lack of tracking details and/or unexpected delays with deliveries taking up to 60 days to arrive in some countries. If you are placing an order to an international address, please be aware of this and expect delays.

Buyers are advised to notify the recipient about the package to be received to avoid delays or return-to-sender issues.

International shipping prices may not include taxes and duties that your recipient's country may charge upon arrival. These fees are assessed and collected by the recipient's country and cannot be collected at the time of checkout. This may mean that the recipient will need to travel to their local post office to collect the gift package.

2. WHAT TO DO IF YOUR ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED.

For U.S.Buyers, if your order is yet to be delivered after 20 business days, please use our contact page for details about your order. International Buyers should allow 60 business days for your order to arrive.

If your order has been marked as delivered by the USPS and you have not received it, your item may be lost or stolen. Sadly, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages and we are not able to issue refunds or reship these packages.

OmgTheGift cannot ship a replacement package if the order has been marked as delivered for more than 30 days.

3. DOES OMGTHEGIFT OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Due to the ever-increasing costs of doing business, we currently are not able to offer free shipping. Our shipping fees are calculated to give you the best possible rate based on the shipping destination and weight of the package.

4.SENDING A PACKAGE TO COLLEGE CAMPUS

We ship care packages to co llege campuses all the time! Please be sure to visit the university’s website for instructions for sending a package to the campus. The name of the student is extremely important. Most universities will not deliver a package if the name does not match the name on file for that student.

Typically, when a package is being delivered to a college campus, the mail staff from the university will receive the package (a “delivered” notification is then sent from the USPS). Then the mail staff from the university will either deliver the item to the dorm or the student will need to travel to the mailroom to collect the item. Sometimes this process does take a couple of days from the time the item is marked as “delivered” by the USPS through the time it is actually delivered to the individual on campus. We recommend asking your friend to check with the campus mail staff if the package has been marked delivered but has not been received.

5. SCHEDULING YOUR DELIVERY

We do not offer scheduled deliveries at this time. If you wish to get the delivery date close to a specific date, please take a look at our order delivery estimates above and place your order accordingly.

6. RETURN AND REFUNDS

We’re happy to offer you a 100% refund, excluding the shipping cost, for any item that is incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

Please send to us an email notification as soon as you would like to return the product. You must notify us about the package you’ll return within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item needs to be unused and in the same condition it was upon arrival. It must also be in the original packaging.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price.

OmgTheGift does not cover shipping costs on returned packages.

7. EXCHANGES

We can facilitate an exchange if you are not happy with the animal you chose. Please contact us here to facilitate an exchange. We do not cover the additional shipping costs on exchanges.
